has anyone taken any vitamins for hair loss that's worked? If so what brand and does? Biotin? etc...
my hair has been shedding more than usual, and I want to try a supplement to see if it helps ( I use organic shampoo/conditioner, and I eat plenty of veggies/fish oil/ etc, and i don't style my hair much only blow dry on cool)
