What is a cheap treatment for spots?

Question by Pink Princess-x: What is a cheap treatment for spots?
I dont have loads of spots but i have a few.
Which is a cheap treatment which will work. I sometimes use Sudocrem, which works a bit, but not brilliantly.
Any Ideas?
