Question by Harmony: Will American Laser Centers refund money if a laser hair treatment failed? How often does this happen?
I was told that the hair would be gone in 6 treatments and that I was garented for 2 years after the final treatment. I have now had almost 2.5 yrs of treaments every 8 weeks and still have at least 50% of the hair on my armpits. Last treatment is in August and I know it won't be gone. Do they do refunds?
